PrimeCart Refund & Return Policy

Important Notice
PrimeCart works with CJdropshipping (CJ) as its main supplier. All refunds and returns follow CJ's rules and procedures.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Full refund or replacement if items arrive damaged or incorrect.
Customers must provide photos or videos as proof.
2. Undelivered Orders
Proof from the local post office is required for undelivered items.
Note: No refund or resend if tracking shows delivery.
3. Returns for Personal Reasons
Returns for personal reasons (wrong size, dislike, etc.) are optional.
If insisted: Items must be returned to CJ warehouse in China, with all shipping costs borne by the customer or seller.
4. Low-Value Products (Under $10)
Recommended: Customer keeps the item and receives a partial refund instead of returning it.
This saves shipping costs and time for both parties.
5. Return Procedure
Open a Dispute
Customers must open a dispute on PrimeCart to start a return.
30-Day Window
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Return Label
PrimeCart may provide a private return label and coordinate with its agent.
Supplier Policy
All returns and refunds are handled according to CJ's policies, as CJ is the main supplier for PrimeCart.
